At the young age of 16, he began his journey as a tour guide for a local tour company in 2014, where he quickly gained experience and knowledge of the area. In 2020, he decided to take the leap and started his own tour company, Awesome Al Water Sports, to provide visitors with a unique and unforgettable experience.

With years of experience, Al has had the opportunity to interact with guests from all over the world and is highly knowledgeable about Exuma and its cays. He is always ready to answer any questions guests may have and anticipates their needs before they even ask, making him a true expert and a fan favorite. As a young, smart, and hardworking captain, Al knows how to navigate the waters with ease and ensures that every guest has a blast during their time on the water.
